Tigidu does not offer a free trial.

A Customer Company purchasing an eligible Tigidu subscription for the first time may cancel and request a refund within 30 calendar days after the date its first paid subscription begins.

If the request is made within that 30-day period, Tigidu will refund the subscription fees paid for the first billing period, less only:

the value of customer-specific human work actually performed before the refund request, where the nature and price or pricing basis of that work were disclosed to the customer before the work was performed; and
third-party fees or expenses that the customer expressly approved and that were actually incurred on the customer's behalf.

For this guarantee, "human work" means work actually performed by an identifiable person specifically for the customer. Automated processing, AI processing, software use, automated document generation, automated register preparation, ordinary system onboarding, hosting, storage and other general operating costs are not considered deductible human work.

If an amount is deducted for human work or an approved third-party charge, Tigidu will identify the work or charge and the amount deducted.

The 30-Day Refund Guarantee may be used once per Customer Company.

This voluntary guarantee does not limit any cancellation, refund, restitution or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
