Your data. Your choices.

Version 2026-09-22.2, in force since Sep 22, 2026. Approved by Alborz Motazedi, Fondateur, Registres Tigidu inc..

The founder wrote his sections in French; this English is a translation made by tigidu and approved by the founder. The lawyer's sections are his own words.

The information you entrust to us

Your workspace holds members' contact details, establishment information, documents and the history of actions. Access depends on your role in the company.

Storage and providers

The planned architecture keeps the main data and the documents in Canada. Payment, mobile notification and artificial intelligence providers have processing locations of their own. The effective configuration and the list of providers will be published before opening.

Sharing and artificial intelligence

You choose which documents to share. Links last a limited time and can be revoked. The assistant's proposals need your approval before anything is changed or sent.

Export, cancellation and deletion

Cancelling a subscription pauses monitoring and keeps the records read-only. Exports stay free. A request to delete the account is a separate step from the settings. The mandatory retention rules will be set out in the final version.

The person in charge of the protection of personal information

The enterprise is Registres Tigidu inc. The person in charge of the protection of personal information is the founder of Registres Tigidu inc. A request for access or rectification is made through the contact form, is recorded as soon as it is received and gets an answer within the period the law fixes.

Retention, Access and Destruction

Your records remain yours

Tigidu does not make access to an existing authorized export conditional on maintaining a paid subscription.

While your subscription is active, authorized users may access the records and documents available through their Tigidu workspace according to their permissions.

When a subscription or module ends, the applicable workspace or records may become read-only. Unless otherwise required by law or necessary for security, a dispute, an investigation or another legitimate restriction, authorized users may continue to retrieve or export available records during the applicable retention period.

Cancellation does not itself require Tigidu to immediately destroy records that Tigidu is required or permitted to retain.

Retention

Tigidu retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or used and for any additional period required or permitted by applicable law.

Different categories of information may have different retention periods. These categories may include customer documents, account records, billing and tax records, professional-service records, consent and authorization records, security and audit logs, communications, support records and records relating to disputes or legal claims.

Tigidu maintains a retention schedule applicable to these categories.

Destruction and anonymization

When information is no longer required for its identified purposes and no legal or legitimate retention requirement applies, Tigidu will securely destroy it or, where permitted by law and appropriate for a serious and legitimate purpose, anonymize it in accordance with applicable requirements.

Deletion from an active workspace does not necessarily result in immediate deletion from backups, security systems or records that Tigidu is legally required or permitted to retain. Such information will remain protected and will be removed or rendered inaccessible in accordance with the applicable retention and backup procedures.

Access and export

Authorized business users may request available exports of their Tigidu records subject to account permissions, legal restrictions and any obligations applicable to records belonging to another person or professional.

A request by an individual to access or rectify personal information about that individual is handled separately as a privacy request in accordance with applicable privacy law.

Legal holds and disputes

If Tigidu reasonably determines that information is relevant to an actual or reasonably anticipated legal claim, dispute, investigation, regulatory matter, professional matter or legal obligation, Tigidu may suspend its ordinary destruction schedule for the information reasonably necessary for that matter.

Information subject to such a hold will remain protected and will not be retained under the hold longer than reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.

When the hold is released, the information will again become subject to Tigidu's ordinary retention and destruction schedule.

Access and Correction of Personal Information

Subject to applicable law, an individual may request access to personal information Tigidu holds about that individual and may request correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete or equivocal.

Privacy access and correction requests are distinct from ordinary requests by a business customer to export its Tigidu workspace.

Tigidu may take reasonable steps to verify the identity and authority of the person making a request before providing access to personal information.

Tigidu will respond to access and correction requests within the period required by applicable law and will provide any required explanation if access or correction is refused in whole or in part.

Requests concerning personal information may be directed to the person identified in Tigidu's Privacy Policy as responsible for the protection of personal information.

Key Definitions

Applicable Retention Period means the period during which Tigidu retains a category of information according to its documented retention schedule, applicable contractual requirements and applicable law.

Legal Hold means a temporary suspension of ordinary destruction applicable to information reasonably required for a legal claim, dispute, investigation, professional matter, regulatory matter or other legal obligation.

The full export of your documents stays free, including after a cancellation, and depends on no payment.

Nothing is bought from this page.

Customer documentsRecords needed for the complete authorized export are kept without a time limit, including after cancellation and for disabled modules. This retention is a tigidu policy, not a period required by law. The answers before the questions.

Plainly.

Does tigidu certify my compliance?

No. Your register gathers documented obligations and the records that go with them. It shows what is on file, what is missing and what is still to be verified. It issues no grade and no certification.

What if an obligation has no date?

The register records it without a date and says so. An obligation whose instrument prescribes no interval, or that is continuous, gets no deadline and no countdown: it carries its instrument and stays on file. The product does not invent a date the source does not give.

Can I retrieve all my documents?

Yes, and it is free. The full export, PDF and spreadsheet, depends on no payment: it stays open after a cancellation, and an export you have already taken is yours.

Are human services included?

No. Work by a person is the Intelligence module, bought separately, and every additional job is quoted before it starts. Nothing is charged without an accepted written quote.

Which establishments are covered?

The register is written from the rule sets a professional has sourced. Where a rule set has not been read yet, the section says so line by line, with no interval and no date, rather than showing an empty or false register.

And if your question is not here, we are listening.
